Sept 2023 - Mar 2025As part of the UX team I have successfully improved the functionality and usability of numerous features for the companyβs main client: OfficeTimeline Add-in π¨π»βπ¬ During my time there I conducted user research and prototype testing for the deployment of new features such as: Google Excel data import, contextual edit menu, properties πΎ One of my responsibility was to identify friction points in the usersβ curent experience and provide the best solutions for eliminating those stress points πΎ Collaborating within the design team, but more importantly with colleagues from other departments, was a daily function of my role.
